A Little Peek At Our Future

Mr. Gecko chid me always, for mis-managing my hard earned petty cash. There were times I turned a deaf ear to his 'orders' and it was these times, he would be very disappointed with me.

Last night, kinda out of the blue; he showed me his secret cache, online. Patting my head, he said "This is for our future home huh."

I fell hard for that line.

Introducing The XBox Geeko

Ever since my mom confiscated my hand-held Super Mario nintendo like 5 years back, I've had chronic hand twitching cravings. Some months back when I was seriously contemplating getting the new handheld Playstation at the airport whilst in transit to Sydney *coz I was damn bored*, Mr. Gecko managed to disuade me with the promise to go to the makeshift vendor and modify our Xbox console so we can buy, umm, more affordable games for our dormant Xbox.

Surprise! Surprise! Turned out Mr. Gecko was the one hooked to the Xbox console since the last two weekends. I'm quite taken by surprise. It's the first time I've seen him addicted to some I.T. game coz' he was never a big fan. In fact, I'm usually the one coaxing him with promises or bulldozing him with threats to play games with me.

The hours he clocked:

Sat: 3 PM to 9 PM (6 hours non-stop!)
Sun: 6 PM to midnight! (6 hours non-stop too!)

Think I'll hide the Xbox console this coming weekends. I miss his hugs.

Who Is Cuter?

For the longest time together, Mr. Gecko and me cannot agree on this one issue...

Who is the cuter baby between us two??!!

Of course, I am definitely the cuter baby. Look at me! So chub chub!!

Mr. Gecko thinks he sets the benchmark for cute babies. Doesn't help me when his mom sides with him too.

Our supporting evidence to our claims:

Me: My mother's friends and other strangers always gathered around me. The little me never fail to amass compliments as such - "She's so cute, she's not human! She's a doll!!!"

Mr. Gecko: In kindergarten, there was this Indian girl *slightly older than him* who was always bringing me to the back of the school to kiss me!!!

Geez!!??? Indian girl???

Anyhow, I decide to seek outside opinions and let loose the debate. Please, let us know who is really the cuter baby.
